You get a ".prfpset" file for the actual pop-in effect and ".mogrt file" for the text and effect preloaded.
To install them consult ChatGPT it's easy. You click the plus bottom at the bottom right for essential graphics and locate the downloaded file and for the effect you right-click on the effects panel and hit import presets.
Do not buy if you do not have latest version of premiere can't guarantee it will work.
